James Michael “Mike” Enis was born Dec. 4, 1946.  He graduated from McLish High School in 1964 and attended East Central State College until his death on Dec. 10 1966.

He was an accomplished piano player and had his own Rock and Roll Band. He pledged the Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity the fall semester of of 1964 when Phi Kappa Tau was only a colony of Oklahoma State University. He was initiated at OSU that fall. He was very instrumental in helping Phi Kappa Tau colony becoming a chapter the spring semester of 1966. 

Mike was a very intelligent, witty, comical, and loved by everyone and especially his Fraternity Brothers! The week before his death at the chapter’s Christmas party he showed up as Santa Clause and was the life of the party. He kept everyone laughing and enjoying the party. This was most brothers’ last memory of him on this Earth. May he Rest In Peace. We all loved him very much for the short time we had with him.
