Steven enjoyed fishing and spending time with family and friends at the lake.  Love of family and friends was central to his personality as was his generosity.  He was known to be generous to a fault with his friends.

Steven passed away on August 1, 2021 after battling an illness.  He was 74.  It should surprise no one that knew him that he worked at the Fair right up to the end.  He devoted his life to his work.  He was known at work as a perfectionist and for wanting everyone who worked under him to do their jobs the right way, his way.
